</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>Howdy!</b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>Taggie blankets are by far my favorite baby shower gift. (can you tell?) This one is for my best friend who lives in California. Her daughter's name will start with an "M" hence the "M" applique. However, I wasn't really thinking and now looking at the picture it looks like "W" and "M". I should have angled both letters and had the top of the "Ms" closest to the center. Oh, well..... </b></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-SHmw2aF74is/Uo62Z4_pZzI/AAAAAAAAB34/bcAJTd4KXz4/s1600/blog+423.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><br /></a></b></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-SHmw2aF74is/Uo62Z4_pZzI/AAAAAAAAB34/bcAJTd4KXz4/s1600/blog+423.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-SHmw2aF74is/Uo62Z4_pZzI/AAAAAAAAB34/bcAJTd4KXz4/s640/blog+423.JPG" width="640" /></a></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>I asked what colors they liked and they came up with pink, turquoise, and grey. HOW FUN! So I used my very favorite Kona solid.... I can't remember the name of the grey, but I just can't get enough of it!!!! I found the flower fabric in my stash.</b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-mQ-eAuEqYCc/Uo62Z00jryI/AAAAAAAAB38/h9M947ftYlU/s1600/blog+424.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-mQ-eAuEqYCc/Uo62Z00jryI/AAAAAAAAB38/h9M947ftYlU/s640/blog+424.JPG" width="640" /></a></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>I almost put the letter on the grey, but then I remembered the jar of yo-yos I had. Don't yo-yos make everything better???? I think they do! I don't know how they'll hold up in the wash, but at least it's cute now!!!</b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><br /></b></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>I hand stitched the yo-yos on. In a brief moment of stupidity I thought that I could machine sew them on and have them look good.... not the case. ha!</b></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>I LOVE doing the blanket stitch now!!! I have a clear applique food (#39) that I just ADORE. <span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b>Hello Party People! </b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b>As most of you know: I love making things! Usually I craft/sew for gifts or baby showers or whatever. My poor husband is so neglected because I've only made him a couple items. He's really been wanting a big heavy blanket for his lazy boy. So of course it had to be a jeans quilt.</b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b>I researched different tutorials online and didn't really like any of them..... There were so many wonderful and beautiful quilts, but I was NOT interested in quilting this. </b><i> (I saw pictures of poor women using pliers to pull their needles through the denim! I am just not that dedicated!!!) </i><b>I also saw tutorials of people who made intricate designs and matched corners... again I'm not that dedicated! I bow down to those hard working quilters!!!</b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b>After thinking about it long and hard </b><i>(and believe me I had plenty of time because it took FOREVER to cut up the jeans)</i><b> I decided how I was going to make this quilt!</b></span></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>The pattern was good, but required me to waste a ton of fabric because the dimensions didn't divide nicely into normal fabric cuts. Rather than buy a ton more fabric than I needed, I improvised. I put some minky in the middle and used up all of my fabric rather than buying twice as much as I needed and wasting a ton to get a single cut of fabric! <b><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"> The Modern Quilt Guild did a really fun challenge forever ago. We received a package of fabrics from the Madrona Road collection by Michael Miller. The only 'rule' was that we were to try a new technique.</span></span></b></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I'm going to start it off with my very awesome pumpkin table runner!!! I LOVE THIS! <b><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I actually free motion quilted this on my fantabulous BERNINA. I'm so in love with my machine. sigh. <div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I tried my binding a new way! I sewed it to the back and then brought it to the front. <b><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"> I quilted with Aurifil thread. It was so great! I had a small spool and wasn't paying attention... and I ran out like 7 inches from the end! I guess I should have FMQ'd bigger loops!!! <span style="font-size: x-small;"><i>(The really amazing thing was that the spool and bobbin ran out at the SAME TIME. wow.)</i></span> Anyway, I was so hell bent on finishing that I grabbed some other thread that mostly matched, and finished. <div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I just couldn't resist this fabric as I saw it draped over the cutting table at Thimbles in Lockport. I knew I had to make a Christmas apron for my mom, and one for me!!!!</span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I get tired of boring magnets, especially ones with boring phone numbers or ads on them... you know, you get them for free and then they end up on the fridge.....</span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I decided to spice things up a bit!</span></b></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">These are crazy easy to make!!!</span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><u>First!</u></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Get your basic supplies: </span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Bare clothespins</span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><u>Second!</u></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Directions to make them!</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><u>First</u>, stick your desired tape onto the front of the clothespin... depending on the width of your clothespin you may need to trim the width of the tape.</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><u>Second</u>, trim and stick your magnet on the other side!</span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><i>(Pretend the picture below doesn't already have a yoyo on it.)</i></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8tzeLu52c0I/UMzC9FtnErI/AAAAAAAABpY/49wl1K1lJgY/s1600/blog+012.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8tzeLu52c0I/UMzC9FtnErI/AAAAAAAABpY/49wl1K1lJgY/s640/blog+012.JPG" width="640" /></span></b></a></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"> Lastly, DECORATE!!!!</span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I used Elmer's glue and it worked great, although I had to sit there and 'hold' the yoyo and flower onto the clothespin until it was tacky. I'm pretty sure that hot glue would have worked better, but that seems like more work... I mean you have to plug it in and get the glue stick... yep, I'm lazy.</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I'm going to be making more today!!! =) These make great holiday gifts too! Quick and easy.</span></b></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>I LOVE THESE SO MUCH! This<span style="font-size: small;"> set</span> is quite possibly one of the cutest things I've made to date. =) When I was up north at my Grandma's we were looking at kid aprons and we found these. I was so excited because I wanted to make one for my niece. While looking around for <span style="font-size: small;">apron patterns we stumbled upon </span>a chef<span style="font-size: small;">'s</span> hat. HOW CAN ANYONE PASS UP A CHEF'S HAT<span style="font-size: small;">?</span> I do realize its possible I'm more excited about this than my niece will be, but I'm okay with that! =)</b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>Here are the fabulous patterns!!!</b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-6bs_qkvLkXY/UIcqnLj9BvI/AAAAAAAABgY/uU7aEl4KkDE/s1600/blog+022.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-6bs_qkvLkXY/UIcqnLj9BvI/AAAAAAAABgY/uU7aEl4KkDE/s640/blog+022.JPG" width="640" /></a></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>The patterns are very well done and don't need any extra explanation. I only did a couple things differently. For the apron I edge stitched the entire apron, not just the bottom. Also, I didn't have any elastic thread on hand so I just sewed on some flower buttons to the pockets. For the Chef<span style="font-size: small;">'s</span> Hat I finished the inside edge with my serger rather than the binding and it worked great. </b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b><br /></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><b>I just can't get enough of the Michael Miller cupcake fabric! It's too
cute! I used some other pink fabrics that I had in my stash to complete
the set. For fu<span style="font-size: small;">sible interfacing </span>I used Pellon 911FF for the Chef's Hat band. It was what I had in my craftroom and it w<span style="font-size: small;">as perfect! Exactly the right weight, in my opinion.</span></b></span></span></div>

<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Hello!</span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">As usual, I'm running around performing and teaching! It's been a wonderfully busy couple months! I've sewn a few things! AND I have some VERY exciting news coming up this week! Stay tuned!</span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br /></span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Don't you just love Alexander Henry's Ghastlies? I mean, its the best Halloween print ever! My mom especially likes to decorate for Halloween so I made her a table runner using the Ghastlies fabric!!!! </span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br /></span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">This is quite possibly one of the most awesome table runner patterns<span style="font-size: small;"> in the world</span>. It is called Divided by 3. <a href="http://www.keepsakequilting.com/productdetail/6165.htm" target="_blank">Here it is on Keepsake Quilting's site. </a> I saw it at <a href="http://www.thimblesquilts.com/" target="_blank">Thimbles</a> in Lockport and bought the fabric to make it! I have another one already in the works. It's a great runner to showcase<span style="font-size: small;"> </span>fabrics that you love!!!!</span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I chose to make the borders all black. In hindsight I probably should have used the pink fabric as the small border between the pictures to make everything 'pop' more. Oh, well! Pardon the binding clips.... </span></b></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br /></span></b></span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">This is the right side of the runner. I had a great time picking out the scenes from the fabric to display.</span></b></span></div>

<b><span style="font-size: small;">Hello! </span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;">I've been away from my computer because it has been a very busy summer! I have been crafting and sewing though! Look for more posts this week.</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;">First, I want to share with you my newest project. A Floral Colorwash Wall Hanging. I very much enjoy Wanda's creativity over at <a href="http://exuberantcolor.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Exuberant Color</a>. She was selling some colorwash kits so I bought a couple!</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;">After our AC broke and a few other household catastrophes I thought the best way to cope was to try and make something with my new fun squares!</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><span style="font-size: small;">First I tried light in the center and dark around the edges. Each of the four corners were becoming different colors and becoming darker. I did blue/green, purple, pink/red, and yellow/orange. It was cool, however I wasn't liking it that much.</span></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">We've had a bit of time to work on our backyard. It's really starting to look better... it used to be a jungle of sorts. Anyway, my husband has had this patio set for quite a while. Over the years the cushions seemed to stay out in the weather here and there... resulting in dingy and moldy cushions. The chairs and table are really great though!</span></strong></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-67nb1dWmio0/T962fJM6dyI/AAAAAAAABWQ/Ogu3csa4F4c/s1600/P6161117.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-67nb1dWmio0/T962fJM6dyI/AAAAAAAABWQ/Ogu3csa4F4c/s320/P6161117.JPG" width="320" /></span></strong></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">ewwwww. yucky cushions.</span></strong></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">So about a month ago I went in search of cushions. I was disturbed by how costly they were! I needed 8 total and the cheapest I could find were $18 and they were UGLY. There were some that were better quality that were $30-$50 a piece. I really didn't like any of the patterns though. So, naturally, I decided I was going to make them. I figured that if I was going to end up spending $25 per cushion I want to make sure I actually like them! I just couldn't spend $200 on chair cushions that were ugly!</span></strong></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">Lucky me, I got the foam 50% off and then I had a 10% off entire purchase from JoAnn's!!! That was great!! They told me that its best to cut the foam with an electric knife so I got the cheapest one I could find at Bed, Bath & Beyond. After coupon it was $17. =) The fabric was 40% off and I bought extra to make some pillows. All in all I think I made out pretty well.</span></strong></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">After bringing in our old cushions I noticed that they are actually trapezoids. I wouldn't have been able to buy that shape. Also, I got 3 inch foam for the seat part of the chair and 2 inch foam for the back part of the chair. Yay for custom making things!!!</span></strong></div>

<b>SOOOO, I remember being in Pottery Barn a couple months ago and seeing these planters. They were all made like they had chipped white paint on them.</b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.potterybarn.com/products/tuscan-pedestal-planters-white/" target="_blank"><b>Pottery Barn Planters</b></a></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b>Here's the picture from their site. The link above takes you there.</b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-TDqjJCFxAGo/T9AvSVruGuI/AAAAAAAABUs/13dNnBQl73k/s1600/tuscan+planter.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="287" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-TDqjJCFxAGo/T9AvSVruGuI/AAAAAAAABUs/13dNnBQl73k/s320/tuscan+planter.jpg" width="320" /></a></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b>Now, I am SUCH a trendsetter that I thought of this idea <i>last fall</i>. To achieve this look I just left all my planters out all winter. They turned out perfect, exactly what I imagined. Then to my surprise I saw something similar in Pottery Barn (as I said, a few months ago.)</b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">

<br />
<i> </i><b style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><i>What really happened: </i> Last summer I found some terra cotta pots in
our basement. We spray painted them white. Total cost was $6 for the
spray paint because the pots were actually my mother in law's. Then,
because I'm apparently very lazy, I left them out all winter. I was
annoyed when I realized what was happening. In April I was toying with
the idea of repainting them and was still annoyed. Then I stepped into
Pottery Barn and decided I was actually a trendsetter. I'm leaving
them! Thanks Pottery Barn! You made my laziness into a masterpiece.</b><br />

<b>More Showers!!!! They are so fun! The bride to be is a family friend and is decorating in greens and browns. My awesome husband took these pictures for me because I was running late (as usual). He's the best!!!</b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">

<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b>I made an apron for her in her colors. I really do love this apron pattern. I like the fabrics/colors of this one. I think its simple and fun at the same time. Again, a GREAT pattern!! Thanks Lori Holt! <a href="http://beeinmybonnetco.blogspot.com/2011/05/one-yard-apron.html" target="_blank">Take a look!! </a></b></div>

<b>Close up of the pocket ( hubby is so good at knowing what to take pictures of!) You can get a good glimpse of the brown fabric here. I really liked it. </b><br />
<br />
<b>I also bought some of the towels from her registry and added some of the apron fabrics to them. It's too bad that the brown fabric didn't capture well. It's a very cool brown, with some green, and bronze. I may have bought some extra for myself.</b><br />

<b>Her fiance is an avid outdoorsman and likes to cook. So I found some camouflage fabric and made some potholders for him!!! </b></div>
<div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif; text-align: center;">
<b><br /></b><br />
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-p_1hY-bnHro/T8wW10t5C0I/AAAAAAAABTg/48Gdi4Wbueg/s1600/P6031094.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-p_1hY-bnHro/T8wW10t5C0I/AAAAAAAABTg/48Gdi4Wbueg/s640/P6031094.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<b style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">This is the back of the potholder... </b><br />
<b style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I was experimenting with bindings... I think I like the way I did these. It gets a bit tricky because for these potholders I used two thicknesses of Insul-bright and for extra help I put a piece of warm and white between them. Plus the camouflage fabric was more like canvas. They should work well.</b><br />
<br />
<b style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">And a potholder in the same fabric as the apron.<br />Have a great day!</b><br />
